Theresa is responsible for developing economic and workforce inclusion plans and identifying opportunities for community partnerships and employee engagement. She focuses on small, minority, and women-owned local businesses. Theresa also works closely with Human Resources to initiate programs to recruit and retain Òâ°ºÌåÓý's diverse workforce. 

With more than 20 years of experience, Theresa is a Certified Compliance Administrator and a Certified Diversity Professional, trained in Affirmative Action, Contract Compliance, Minority / Women / Disadvantaged / Small / Emerging Business Enterprise, Labor Compliance, Economic and Business Development, and Equal Employment Opportunity laws. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Communication from Sacred Heart University, a Certificate in Diversity and Inclusion from Cornell University, and a Master Contracts and compliance Administrator Certificate from Morgan State University.
