He has more than 30 years of experience in various aspects of the construction process, including preconstruction, project management, architectural and civil engineering design, and quality assurance services for projects of different types and sizes. Richard has been in the Atlanta market for his entire professional career and has a depth of knowledge and understanding of Atlanta market conditions and trends. He attended the University of Virginia, where he earned his B.S. in Architecure, and later attended the Georgia Institute of Technology and earned his M.S. in Construction Management. His estimating expertise has been applied to various market segments, including higher education, criminal justice, and high-rise offices.
