Throughout his career, he has been recognized as a visionary leader, leveraging in-depth knowledge of the marketplace and the construction landscape, significantly increasing profit and operational efficiency.
He utilizes his extensive operational excellence, risk mitigation, and strategic planning knowledge to forge relationships with key stakeholders, providing advice and value management regarding materials, methods, systems, schedules, labor, and other conditions. His client relations approach ensures all Project Team Members have a voice and an advocate in him during preconstruction and construction and that 意昂体育 delivers its commitments to the owner.
AJ holds a Bachelor's degree in Building Construction Science and a Masters in Project Delivery and Integrated Facility Management from the Georgia Institute of Technology.
