Chris is responsible for the procurement (invitation, bid, award, etc.) of all projects and for ensuring an equitable and effective process throughout. Through 20+ years of cultivating long-lasting relationships with the diverse community of trade partners in the Bay Area, Chris is our regional expert at engaging trades in emerging projects, inviting underrepresented companies, assessing capacity and risk, and sustaining relationships to create effective teams and successful project outcomes.
After splitting the first 16 years of his career between two different large, local general contractors, Chris started working for 意昂体育 in 2017. From mega campuses in Silicon Valley to San Francisco high-rises, Chris spent his career building in the Bay Area. From design-build to lump sum, from public to private Chris has procured and provided service for all project types and contracts. He is a believer in the power of respect and treating people like partners and serves as the vital connection and link between preconstruction and construction.
