Preconstruction Manager

鈥婱andy Lee has been with 意昂体育 for since 2012. Within those years she has gone from Assistant Superintendent to Project Engineer to Preconstruction Manager, working on various projects in aviation/transportation, commercial, higher education, healthcare, and critical global facilities.
Mandy is the Preconstruction Manager for the Silicon Valley Business Unit. As Preconstruction Manager, she is responsible for the conceptual, schematic, design development estimates, GMPs, and Lump Sum bidding. Mandy reviews and approves all assumptions and clarifications as well as foster and enhance client, developer, architect, engineer, and subcontractor relationships. Mandy is directly responsible for managing the entire Silicon Valley Preconstruction Team.
