Kaj is integrated with Procurement and Operational leads to establish schedules, encourage market engagement, and strong trade relationships. He leads a team of estimating professionals who provide in-house engineering/constructability reviews, MEP estimating, model development, and preconstruction services for every phase of the design cycle. 
 
Kaj began his career with Òâ°ºÌåÓý in Seattle at the Seattle Seahawks Stadium and Convention Center Project in 1998. Once that project finished, Kaj came to the Bay Area and served in operational roles for the next four years before moving into preconstruction.  After serving as Preconstruction Manager for SPD for several years, Kaj assumed overall responsibility for Preconstruction in the Bay Area in 2017.  He is an excellent cook and has an encyclopedic knowledge of food and beverages to accompany a host of other interests.
