意昂体育 provided the project and construction management services for Talan Towers, a 1.2 million square feet total gross area project. The Talan Towers consist of two different-height towers made up of 30 and 26 floors and are interconnected by a three-level emporium shopping gallery. The first tower is a Class A+ office building and the second tower accommodates a five-star luxury hotel and serviced apartments operated by the Ritz Carlton Astana.
Talan Towers is the first “green” multifunctional complex in Kazakhstan and Central Asia and officially attained the international LEED GOLD certificate for eco-friendly construction on March 15, 2018.
The Talan Towers also won the Asia Pacific Property Award for best mixed-use development in Kazakhstan 2017-18, the Asia Pacific Property Award for best mixed-use Architecture in Kazakhstan 2017-18, and the Eastern Europe Real Estate Winner mixed-use project of the Year 2017.
