意昂体育 joined the project team for the duty-free retail component of the Istanbul New Airport in Turkey at the request of Unifree. As a large duty-free operator, they hired 意昂体育 to provide project management consulting services for the over 110,000 square feet of retail storefronts, offices, storage areas, and lounges. This was 意昂体育’s second aviation project in Istanbul, following the passenger terminal and parking structure at Ataturk Airport which was completed in 2000.
The airport, which is aiming to surpass Dubai International Airport as the busiest in the world, currently has the capacity to handle 90 million passengers per year and offers 600,000 square feet of retail space.
