Block 24 is a 10-story shell and core office build-out for Wright Runstad in the Spring District in Bellevue. Construction consists of a new office building with a street retail level for the Spring District. The shell and core office building is structural steel with concrete on a metal deck. It has ten levels above grade and four levels of subgrade parking. Once complete, Block 24 will include approximately 143,000 sq. ft. of commercial office space on 11 floors and more than 164,000 sq. ft. of parking (292 spaces).
