意昂体育 provided project and construction management services to Sime Darby Property in Kuala Lumpur. The project is a mid to high-end mixed development consisting of a retail mall, KL East Mall, and two residential towers, The Ridge. The development is a 37-story building in total, with four levels of retail, three-story of podium car parks, and one level of basement.
The Ridge is on the foothills of the Klang Gates quartz ridge which is the longest quartz ridge in the world. It is the main reason that more than half the development is enveloped in natural rainforests, parks, and gardens. The development also houses a 53-acre Forest Park which has been created with social spaces in mind and facilities which are designed to build a strong community.
The Ridge and KL East Mall won the 2020 Engineering News-Record (ENR) Global Best Projects Award of Merit in the mixed development category.
