The structure is cast-in-place concrete, with the exterior being a glass curtain wall system with metal panel highlights. The vertical transportation system includes three geared passenger elevators and one geared service elevator. The garage includes two hydraulic passenger elevators. Special amenities include high-end residential appliances and a swimming pool. The project also featured an attached six-level, 118,000- sq. ft., 302-space precast parking garage.
