Blending Coastal Living with Campus Lifestyle

Inspired by the coastal lifestyle of Southern California, the Playa District campus is comprised of five commercial office buildings. As part of a major renovation to the campus, Òâ°ºÌåÓý collaborated with the owner and architect on infrastructure upgrades and lobby configurations that encourage collaboration and community. Upon completion, the campus provides social spaces both inside and outdoors, with areas such as outdoor conference rooms and fitness facilities, along with room for future growth. Renovated lobbies and feature staircases with high-end finishes, combined with landscaping throughout, creates an incredible first impression.
