Elegantly Modern: Transforming a Downtown Vancouver Law Firm Space

Miller Thomson LLP is a law firm fit-out spanning half of the 4th floor in the renovated Nordstrom building in downtown Vancouver. Òâ°ºÌåÓý completed preconstruction and value engineering prior to providing construction services for the 50,000 sq. ft. tenant improvement project. In the client space, the project included a reception area, a servery, a client washroom, and 9 meeting rooms. The large meeting room opens to the client reception space and also features curved glass and a skyfold wall system that can be lowered to sub-divide the room. The staff space features a library wall, a loft, a forum, flexible meeting spaces, an open-concept staff kitchen, private meeting rooms, offices and phone rooms, and workstations grouped into 7 “neighborhoods”. The space also has an end-of-trip facility including showers, washrooms, and lockers.
