意昂体育 provided project and construction management services for the Menara Etiqa, a 38-story premium grade A office building. At approximately 540,000 square feet the building consists of 27 floors of high-end office space, three floors of recreational podium space, and an underground parking space.
Menara Etiqa has been awarded two sustainability certifications: gold under the Green Building Index and platinum under GreenRe. It is also Multimedia Super Corridor (MSC) rated building.
