In only fifteen months, 意昂体育 led the team through a compressed EIS/MUP process while running preconstruction services on two projects (Phase I, the exhibition center and garage, and Phase II, the Kingdome demolition and the stadium construction). All entitlements and building approvals for the project were secured on time. The design and construction of a world-class football and soccer stadium, an adjacent 325,000 SF exhibition center, and a parking garage are only part of the story. The first phase of the Exhibition Center returned a three percent savings to the project, while 96% of the Kingdome rubble was crushed on-site and recycled.
