Òâ°ºÌåÓý is providing construction management services, in a joint venture with Walsh, for a new 910,115 sq. ft. medical center, a 1,300 car parking structure, a 42,205 sq. ft. central utility plant, and full site infastructure, roadways, sidewalks, and other site improvements. approximately 34 acres of land at 4906 Brownsboro Road, Louisville, KY. The main hospital building consists of two buildings (east and west bars) connected by a “atrium like” concourse. The east bar contains six levels to roof level and the west bar contains eight levels to the roof level which includes the lowest level as basement level (one level below the east bar). The east bar generally contains reception, administrative areas and 104 beds for overnight stays. The west bar generally contains shipping and receiving, emergency department, imaging, outpatient treatment, surgery, and mental health treatment areas.
