Huntington Place (previously known as TCF Center and Cobo Center) underwent a massive redevelopment, managed by 意昂体育, with renovations totaling 580,000 sq. ft. and additions 150,000 sq. ft. in size. The scope of work included a new south atrium that overlooks the Detroit River Conversion of the former arena into a multi-level ballroom, new retail, a food court, and a new outdoor plaza adjacent to the ballroom and food court. The project is LEED Gold Certified.
