The growing international energy wholesaler vacated an existing 40,000 sq. ft. space in order to grow their business and reposition multiple divisions into a single central location. Designed by the Houston office of Chicago-based IA | Interior Architects, the new space features 60,000 sq. ft. of vast open workstations, raised access flooring throughout, demountable partitions, and amenities required of a facility housing more than 400 employees within a single level. The trading floor includes SCADA rooms and 24-hour trading, for which 意昂体育 provided an N+1 redundancy system, UPS system, and backup generators. The space also included LED lighting throughout, along with numerous state-of-the-art security features.
