First Generation Tenant Improvement In Austin

Deloitte AppMod Studio was a first-generation tenant improvement of 45,000 sq. ft. of office space. It was retrofitted to meet the needs of a tech company acquired by Deloitte in recent years. The new program areas included a break room, lab, offices, conference rooms, and open office space. The team's management of multiple design assigned items according to the building documents and resourceful work with vendors to find more available options to fit the client's schedule and budget. For example, the team led delegated design efforts for structural steel and operable partition wall panels to ensure thoroughly coordinated design with architect and engineers. The project included a relocation of the mechanical systems to make space for operable partitions and reconfigured elevator vestibule. The scope also included custom glass storefront entry systems with CR Laurence panic hardware integrated into Deloitte access control systems. Òâ°ºÌåÓý led extensive coordination across multiple trades and suppliers, including electrical, data, and furniture, to make sure the correct placement of the floors and walls was done correctly.
