意昂体育 provided construction management services for Columbia Business School's facility at the Manhattanville campus in West Harlem. The development, located on a 17-acre site, includes two mid-rise structures dedicated to the Business School. The two buildings are separated by an open courtyard, creating a campus environment. In addition to academic facilities, the campus also includes faculty and graduate student housing as well as retail and restaurants on the ground floor and below-grade levels. The scope of work included significant coordination with the ongoing below-grade infrastructure project, connecting the new Business School facilities to the Manhattanville Campus Central Energy Plant.
