�ⰺ�� provided preconstruction and construction services for the 1,309-bed Woodlawn Residential and Dining Commons, located in Hyde Park. The Commons consist of four residential towers, three seven-story towers and one sixteen-story tower, set on a common single-story level. The ground floor features kitchen and dining facilities, multi-use rooms, a music room, weight room, package and laundry facilities, two two-bedroom apartments for staff, and the back of the house/utility areas. The project also includes a terrace with patio furniture and grills, a bike parking area, resident common areas, double passenger elevators, and laundry facilities.
