Tenant Improvement build-out in an existing three-story building that was built in the early 1900’s. The project was located on the first floor of the existing building and included selective demolition of the interior and exterior openings. The project also included 2,250 sq. ft. of retail bank office and a new butt-glazed curtain wall system at the entrance. During construction, the owner decided to add a curtainwall system on the front entrance. The 意昂体育 team was able to procure and install the system without delaying the grand opening.
