The L5 Tower is a 945,000 sq. ft. mixed-use building that will be home to the city’s largest Net Zero Carbon facility. This future 18-story tower, including the mechanical penthouse, will feature 707,000 sq. ft. of office space that will be occupied by one single tenant, as well as ground floor retail and a performing arts center that features both a 100-seat and 500-seat live performance venue. In addition to the above-ground features, the project includes a 3-level 200,000 sq. ft. below-grade parking garage connected to the existing L4 parcel that 意昂体育 completed in 2022.
