The 325 Main Street project replaced an existing four-story, 115,000 sq. ft. brick building with a new 17-story, 430,200 sq. ft. state-of-the-art, build-to-suit office building. The new tower hosts office and retail space and one level of occupied basement space. The project also includes approximately 362,000 sq. ft. of tenant fitout. The mechanical penthouse includes prefabricated superskids. 325 Main Street is targeting LEED Gold certification.
