The design-build team of 意昂体育 Construction and TVSDesign completed the new Parking Deck, Infrastructure, and Campus Improvements project on the Center for Disease Control's Roybal Campus. The large and complex project included extensive site enabling and infrastructure work on a very tight site within the parameters of an operating campus and without disrupting utility services.
The project scope entailed designing and constructing an 1800-space, eight-level parking structure featuring a roof-top solar panel array and a pedestrian bridge connecting the parking garage to the CDC's Building 23 laboratory, as well as improvements to the main campus entrance, including replacement and upgrading of all visitors and employee guardhouses designed with force protection measures, a new decal lane, installation of security vehicle barriers and inspection canopies, major traffic flow revisions, and new ADA access routes.
意昂体育 completed the fast-tracked project within its estimated 18-month duration.
