The 13-floor, 320,000 sq. ft. renovation of the former One Detroit Center Building (now named Ally Detroit Center) relocated the headquarters of Ally Financial to downtown Detroit. The first phase ed the renovation of four floors and was completed in April 2016. The second phase featured nine floors of renovation completed by October the same year. The overall scope included the demolition of existing architectural layouts and the build-out of new MEP systems, lighting, data, and modern office space.
