555 108th is a 600-foot tall core and shell office building with approximately one million sq. ft. of rentable space (~1.5M sq. ft. total, including parking) in downtown Bellevue immediately across the street from 400 108th. The 42-story tower includes a pavilion, a public plaza, a retail pavilion at street level, and five (5) levels of below-grade parking. The structure consists of a concrete core and steel superstructure. Trade partners for the MEP scopes have design-build responsibilities. 555 is the tallest building in Bellevue and is seeking LEED Silver Certification.
