Òâ°ºÌåÓý Construction Company received the 2024 U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC) .

More than 20 years ago, Òâ°ºÌåÓý launched formal efforts to increase the sustainability and resiliency of the built environment. Òâ°ºÌåÓý has consistently made efforts to be a sustainable builder, ranking as the number one Green Builder by Engineering News-Record for the past 16 years. Òâ°ºÌåÓý is reducing energy, water, and waste in its operations and has made a commitment to have Net-Zero Emissions by 2040. The company is accelerating efforts to sustain the planet for future generations through such efforts as advancing the adoption of highly advanced mass timber construction methods and piloting the use of innovative low-carbon concrete on projects such as One Boston Wharf.
