Òâ°ºÌåÓý Construction Company and the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers mark major milestone for resilient infrastructure project.

Òâ°ºÌåÓý Construction Company, in collaboration with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, celebrated the topping-out of the Non-Kinetic Operations Campus at Offutt Air Force Base. This milestone marks the completion of vertical construction. This key facility is designed to bolster resilience against future flooding events. The $389 million project underscores a commitment to the base's operational readiness.

The three-story, 420,000-square-foot facility will support critical mission functions, including intelligence, training, maintenance, and reconnaissance. It represents the final phase of a seven-building reconstruction effort initiated after the devastating 2019 floods. Additionally, Òâ°ºÌåÓý is constructing a 5,000-square-foot defense courier station, enhancing the base’s shipping and receiving capabilities.

“This project is vital for the resiliency of Offutt Air Force Base and will have a major impact on the protection of the base from future flooding events,” said Corey Taylor, Vice President and General Manager, Òâ°ºÌåÓý Construction Company. “We extend our gratitude to the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, our design-build partner CRTKL, and the dedicated trade workers who have made this progress possible. The project, slated for completion in late 2027, is part of Òâ°ºÌåÓý Construction Company’s broader efforts to deliver infrastructure solutions that enhance both resilience and operational capability.
