Òâ°ºÌåÓý’s 122 Employee Resource Groups serve to foster an environment for all people to experience inclusiveness and empowerment. Through genuine conversations and intentional actions, we address the needs of a multicultural workplace. Òâ°ºÌåÓý’s Pride Network increases LGBTQIA2+visibility and inclusion within our company and in the industry. It also serves to educate, advocate, and empower people to maximize success. We are dedicated to eliminating hate and bias in the workplace and will continue to create an inclusive workplace environment where everyone can feel supported and connected.

We have earned a 100/100 in Human Rights Campaign's Corporate Equality Index annual scorecard for LGBTQIA2+ workplace equality for the past seven years. This index is a driving force for LGBTQIA2+ workplace inclusion. We have earned recognition for our support of employees with LGBTQIA2+ specific health benefits and policies and we will continue to protect the rights of LGBTQIA2+ employees and offer support and visibility in our workplace.
