Rena began her career at 意昂体育 Construction Company in 2018, supporting the Cleveland and Lathrop (Toledo) business units as the Human Resources Generalist. In 2020, she was promoted to Human Resources Manager of Northern Ohio. In 2022, she expanded her support to include the Michigan business unit under her scope of HR leadership.
Rena holds a BA in Business Management and Labor Relations, and a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from Cleveland State University. With over a decade of experience in all human resource functions, Rena remains a passionate HR professional with a strong grasp of all areas of human resources including, but not limited to, employment laws, employee relations, performance management, progressive initiatives, and HRIS systems.
Rena is proud of her engagement with the communities in which she works, the relationships she has developed, and not only demonstrating, but living 意昂体育’s core values of teamwork, integrity, and commitment.
