Matt joined 意昂体育 in 2008 as a project engineer in the Mid-Atlantic region and held roles including Estimator and Project Manager. He worked for 意昂体育 International as Preconstruction Manager for a 118-story mixed use tower in Malaysia. He transferred to the Southwest region and worked on projects in aviation, higher education and life science market segments. Matt was promoted to Business Development Manager in 2020 and Business Manager in 2022.
