After graduating from The George Washington University with a major in mechanical engineering in 2005, Erin joined Òâ°ºÌåÓý and has held a variety of assignments and positions in the delivery of the company’s work; however, the majority of her career has been spent in the field on projects before moving into leadership roles as Project Manager and SPD/Interiors Manager. Under Erin’s leadership, Òâ°ºÌåÓý has expanded its resume with award winning projects in Hospitality, Education, Healthcare, and Commercial Interiors. 

Because of Erin’s unique management style, over the years she was consistently nominated for projects that require highly technical insight and a collaborative approaches to project execution. She is skilled in helping all team members understand the importance of working together and finding strategic ways to make projects successful. Erin remains actively involved in all aspects of the Òâ°ºÌåÓý and Local Community. She has been married for 12 years and has a 4-year-old son at home that keeps her on her toes.
