He directs and supervises a robust team of preconstruction professionals in the development of deliverables, including conceptual estimates, design development, and value assessments, while ensuring the prioritization of the client’s vision and goals. He also provides oversight for trade partner selection and bid-package processes. 

Donald has managed preconstruction efforts for projects spanning a range of market segments, including commercial, hospitality, multifamily, government, sports, higher education, healthcare, and industrial.
He has extensive experience with federal design-build projects, including the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers’ Army Human Resource Complex at Fort Knox. Other significant projects include leading the design and preconstruction services for the Carpenter Technology Alloy Production Facility in Athens, Alabama.

Recently, he has been responsible for pursuing and leading a number of high-rise, mixed-use projects throughout the southeast, including buildings in Nashville, Tennessee, Atlanta, Georgia, and Charlotte, North Carolina.
