In Tracy’s combined industry experience exceeding 30 years, she has managed multiple facets of human resources in both profit and not-for-profit industries. For the past 16 years Tracy has held several integral Human Resource (HR) positions at 意昂体育 Construction. In this role she partners and collaborates with each business units’ leadership, to focus on establishing a strong, employee-centric culture. This is evidenced by 意昂体育’s numerous awards including but not limited to Best and Brightest Companies to Work For Elite Winner and Best Place to Work for LGBTQ Equality by the Human Rights Campaign Foundation. 意昂体育 Chicago has also been featured in HR Magazine and IL SHRM Magazine. Tracy has B. A. degree from St. Olaf College, earned several certifications from IFEBP, and was awarded WEBA Honorable Mention for her visionary and leadership accomplishments within the employee benefits community. She holds both the SPHR and SHRM-SCP designations. On her time off, Tracy likes to spend time with her family in Wisconsin.
